Refurbishing your plancha, or outdoor oven, is an operation that involves overhauling all the functional parts of your plancha :
- Connectors
- The ignition system
- Watertightness
Refurbishment ensures the longevity of your cooking appliance. It avoids over-consumption of gas or electricity, and helps preserve the environment.

What are the conditions for requesting repair of my appliance?
Refurbishment packages are for individuals only.
Your outdoor plancha or oven must meet the following conditions:
Excluded from reconditioning:
Your outdoor plancha or oven must meet the following conditions:
- Be LE MARQUIER branded
- Not have been handled incorrectly (or not in accordance with the instructions for use)
- Have been used under normal conditions and for domestic use.
Excluded from reconditioning:
- Corrosion of your chassis
- Planchas or ovens that have undergone intensive use
- The cooking plate of the plancha

How do I return my device?
To return your plancha or oven, simply select the package corresponding to your appliance above, which will enable you to make your payment securely.
On receipt of your refurbishment request, our customer advisor will contact you and, depending on the package chosen, send you a "return package" label (prepaid) by e-mail.

- Carefully pack the chassis of your appliance, previously degreased and clean (the hob should not be sent for planchas)
- Print the prepaid "colissimo return" label and stick it on your package
- Drop off your parcel free of charge at the post office or colissimo drop-off point of your choice
How soon will I receive my reconditioned appliance?
Shipment takes a maximum of two weeks from the date of receipt of your plancha - French griddle.
