To return your plancha or oven, simply select the package corresponding to your appliance above, which will enable you to make your payment securely.
On receipt of your refurbishment request, our customer advisor will contact you and, depending on the package chosen, send you a "return package" label (prepaid) by e-mail.
You must then :
- Carefully pack the chassis of your appliance, previously degreased and clean (the hob should not be sent for planchas)
- Print the prepaid "colissimo return" label and stick it on your package
- Drop off your parcel free of charge at the post office or colissimo drop-off point of your choice
